A Short Bio
Penny initially became interested in fitness when she was studying dance in Australia. The way the body moved biomechanically and the fascination of how the anatomy trained pushed her into become a trainer and instructor which all started in 1999.
Always researching and taking all types of certifications she specializes in cardio and strength via functional training and training the fascia of the body.
Power of posture and the influence of fascia on cardiovascular exercise is something that fascinates her and how to personally train the body for longevity.
Her training includes TRX, Insanity, Spin, strength conditioning, functional training and Myo fascia release technique.
“My joy of teaching is purely motivated by the people that are willing to work their hardest to become stronger and are willing to work out of their comfort zone. That to me is the ultimate compliment!
I also have amazing subs who cover my classes on a regular basis. Katie Peyser, who has a degree in exercise physiology and Simmone Oliver who has been in the fitness industry for over 40 years with so many qualifications that it would take pages to list them!! To name just one was that she was the fitness director at the Old Town Hot Springs for over12 years.

GROUP FITNESS CLASS SCHEDULE
Insanity- Monday 12.30pm
Description: You have seen the commercials and probably have heard of Shawn T. Now come do it for yourself in a class situation! High intensity intervals for 3 min blocks. Then take a 30 second break long enough to gulp some air and do it all again. Maximize you work capacity and keep pushing YOUR limits. A high intensity workout which includes plyometric, upper body, pure cardio, cardio abs and recovery. Workout is one hour.
Power Pump - Tuesday 12:30p.m.
Description: An intense cardio workout with the use of the Attack Bikes, Rowers and throwing in s strength component to round out the workout. No hard jumping just intense pumping. You will be able to track your calories burned and the intensity of each workout. A big plus for tracking your improvement.
Aussie Sweat -Wednesday 8.30
Description - Contains all elements of a FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT. Power, cardio, agility, strength, balance and stretching. The intensity of the workout is up to you. All exercises will be done in intervals to get the best response for you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
TRX Suspension Training- Monday 1.30pm, Wednesday 12.30pm & Friday 12.30pm
Description: TRX Suspension Training builds strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while burning calories and strengthening your core. TRX Suspension Training harnesses the way your body naturally moves. Workout is 30 mins on Monday and 1 hour on Wednesdays and Fridays
Power Circuit- Thursday 12.30pm
Description: Move it - pick it up – Put it down – jump over it – sit on it – go over it – go under it – slide past it – step up on it – hang from it – balance on it – push it! The best and most innovative circuit workout ever. Workout is 1 hour.
Power aXis - Friday 8.30am
Description: The core ......the basis of all movement. This workout effectively works your core using power, strength and mobility moves.
Workout is 1 hour.

All of Penny’s workouts are designed to meet individual’s needs. She addresses the power of posture, flexibility, injury prevention, cardiovascular and strength training through functional movements.

Prices: 1hr sessions is $65 per person, $55 per person for two people $45 per person for 3 people.
45 min sessions $55 per person, $45 for two people and $ 35 for 3 people.
Its less than the cost of lunch and better for you!
I have three ways to pay; 10 Punch Card -$80 (a bargain at $8 a class and is good for a whole year)
Monthly membership unlimited classes- $100
Pay as you go- $10 a class. Check or Venmo.
